·         Food & Beverage Service & Sales (Basic) needs aggregate C-(Minus) and C-(Minus) in English.

·         KCSE Academic Certificates or Equivalent for (Part-Time Short Courses)

·         2 Passport-size photographs

·         Photocopy of National Identity Card

·         Registration fee of 1000/- for Kenyans and US$50 or non-Kenyans(Deposit to Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Stima Plaza Branch, A/c 01129070937101)
